Not through Sellstamp. Return the money yourself, then record the refund on the order.

What you need

  • A Pix key on your own account: CPF, phone, email or a random key

Connecting it

  1. Enter the key in Payments → Pix. It is validated when you save it.
  2. When the money shows up in your account, open the order and mark it paid. That releases the download, licence or shipment.

Worth knowing

  • Static codes only. Dynamic Pix needs a CNPJ, which an individual does not have.
