The customer types your PayID into their own Australian banking app.

Not through Sellstamp. Return the money yourself, then record the refund on the order.

What you need

  • Your PayID: email, phone, ABN or ACN

Connecting it

  1. Enter it in Payments → PayID.
  2. When the money shows up in your account, open the order and mark it paid. That releases the download, licence or shipment.
