Teams and permissions
Invite teammates to your workspace, give each a role, and fine-tune what a role may do with licences, tickets and Discord.
Roles
- Owner
- Everything an admin can do. A workspace always has at least one owner. The last one cannot be demoted or removed, not even by themselves.
- Admin
- Runs the stores: products, orders, payments, settings, licences, Discord roles and moderation.
- Support
- Reads the stores and answers support tickets. Can look up a licence, but not reveal, reset or revoke one.
- Viewer
- Reads the stores. Cannot reply to tickets.
Inviting someone
Settings → Team. An invitation is an emailed link. It takes a seat from your plan while it is pending, and it grants nothing until it is accepted. The recipient can decline it, and can block your workspace from inviting them again. Blocks you have been given are listed under Settings → Invitation blocks.
Per-person overrides
On top of a role, you can grant or withhold individual permissions for one person: revealing licence keys, resetting activations, suspending or revoking licences, reading and replying to tickets, changing Discord roles, and kicking or banning from Discord.
Changes that ask for your password again
Changing a teammate’s role or removing them asks you to confirm your identity first. Sending an invitation does not, because it grants nothing until accepted. You can also require every member, or just owners and admins, to use two-factor sign-in. See Account security.
