Cash on delivery
The courier collects cash when the parcel arrives.
At a glance
- Where
- Anywhere you ship to, optionally narrowed to the countries where your courier collects cash.
- Currencies
- The currencies you list on the connection.
- Confirmation
- You confirm each payment yourself. Sellstamp is never told the money moved.
- Refunds
- Not through Sellstamp. Return the money yourself, then record the refund on the order.
- Subscriptions
- No. One-off purchases only.
What you need
- Nothing but the currencies, and optionally the countries
Connecting it
- Turn it on in Payments → Cash on delivery.
- It is offered only for carts with something physical in them, going somewhere you said you take cash.
- When the money shows up in your account, open the order and mark it paid. That releases the download, licence or shipment.
