Star ratings and text from customers who actually paid for the product, shown on its page.
Who can leave one
Only a customer with a paid order for that product. This is checked against the order, not taken on trust. A refunded order still counts, so a review cannot be erased by refunding the customer who wrote it. The customer signs in with the same emailed link they use for their orders.
Moderating
Reviews are listed under Storefront → Reviews. Owners and admins can hide one from the storefront. Nobody but its author can change its stars or text.
Not included
Replies, helpful votes, photos, and reviews written by the merchant.
