What the page shows

  • A settlement statement: revenue, refunds and fees for the period, per currency.
  • What is selling, the checkout funnel, and how many abandoned checkouts were recovered.
  • Where sales came from, and how each coupon performed.
  • Payment failure rate, chargeback rate and payment method mix.
  • Subscriptions, customer value, and a comparison with the period before.
  • Storefront visitors, counted only for visitors who consented.

Currencies are never added together

Money is shown per currency. A single total across EUR and USD would need an exchange rate nobody applied, so there is none.

History and exports

How far back you can look depends on your plan. Everything on the page can be exported as a CSV. Exporting asks you to confirm your identity, because the file leaves Sellstamp. Test orders are never counted.
