Who you need depends on what happened.

Sellstamp is the software a shop runs on, not the shop. The most common reason to arrive here is an order — and an order belongs to the merchant you bought it from, who is the only person who can refund it. That one is first.

You bought something from a store running on Sellstamp

Then you need that store, and we cannot help — not because we would rather not, but because we genuinely cannot. We hold none of the money and we do not decide refunds.

Your order email is the way in
Every order email carries a link to that order. From it you can open a support thread with the merchant, ask for a refund, re-download your files, release a device on a licence, or reach the store's own support page. No account needed — the link is the proof.
Lost the email?
Every store has a support page of its own, and it can send you a fresh link to the address you bought with. A support thread does not even require a purchase: a question before you buy is a real ticket.
Why we cannot step in
Money moves from you to the merchant's own payment account and never passes through ours. There is no balance here to refund you from, and no route in this product that lets us reverse somebody else's sale.
A listing that should not be there
Report it to us, and a person reads it. A report does nothing on its own — every consequence needs a staff member to read it and type a reason first — so it is a judgement rather than a takedown button.

You run a store on Sellstamp

Everything is in your dashboard, signed in, where we can actually see your workspace. A message that arrives without one tells us almost nothing we can act on.

Billing and your plan
Your plan, invoices and limits are in the dashboard's billing section, along with what each limit currently counts.
Is it us, or is it you?
The status page answers that, and a human writes every word on it — nothing there is a probe turning green on its own. Check it before you write to anybody.
A suspension or a hidden listing
Appeals are a real surface in the product: you get the reason, and you can answer it. That path goes through your dashboard rather than through this page.

You found a security problem

Tell us directly. We would much rather hear it from you than read about it.

On any of our hosts
A researcher who finds something on a store subdomain or a merchant's custom domain is looking at infrastructure we operate, so that file answers there too.

You want to work here

There is a real form, it goes to a real inbox, and a person reads it. No cover letter, no portal, no six rounds.

What has no door yet

Stated rather than routed into a form that does not exist. We are small, and we would rather tell you that than take your message somewhere it will sit.

What this does not do

  • No general contact form on this site. The careers form is the only public intake, and pretending otherwise would collect messages nobody has arranged to read.
  • No sales team and no demo booking. Open a store, connect a provider in test mode, and put an order through it — that answers more than a call would.
  • No phone number and no live chat. There is no desk behind either.
  • No press mailbox of its own. A journalist who needs something the press page does not already give them can use the careers form — it reaches the same small team, and saying so is more use than an address that forwards nowhere.
  • No postal address published here. When one is legally required of us, it belongs on the terms page rather than on a marketing one.

Open a store and try it.

Everything on this page is in the product today. Connect a provider in test mode and put a real order through it before you decide.
