Your files are not uploaded
The PDF is put together by this browser tab. Your files are read from your device, processed here, and the result is handed back to you as a download. Nothing is sent to Sellstamp or anyone else, so there is no copy on a server to worry about afterwards, and no upload to wait for.
What kind of signature this is
This puts a picture of your signature on the page, which is what most “sign and send it back” requests ask for. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, which proves who signed and that the file has not changed since; some contracts, banks and government forms require one, and they say so.
Your signature stays with you
The drawing, the typed name and any image you upload are used on this page only. Nothing is stored, so there is no saved signature for anyone else to reuse.
Questions
Is a signature added this way legally binding?
In many places an electronic signature like this is accepted for everyday agreements, but the rules depend on the country and the document. If a form asks for a qualified or certificate-based signature, this is not that.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw with your finger in the box, then drag the signature into place on the page.
Can I add a date or initials too?
Sign once, then open the signed PDF here again and add a typed line with your initials or the date.
Can I place the signature without a mouse?
Yes. Tab to the signature on the page and use the arrow keys to move it; hold Shift to change its size.
Is my signature saved anywhere?
No. It exists only in this tab and is gone when you close it.
