How to use it

  1. Paste your list, one item per line.
  2. Set whether case and surrounding spaces matter.
  3. Copy the cleaned list; the number removed is shown.

Your text stays on this page

Everything happens in this browser tab as you type. Nothing you paste is sent to Sellstamp or anyone else, so it is safe to use with drafts, contracts or anything you would rather not upload.

What counts as a duplicate

The first occurrence of each line is kept, in its original place, and later copies are removed. With “Ignore spaces at the ends” on, “apple” and “apple ” are the same line; with “Match case” off, “Apple” and “apple” are too.

Questions

Does it change the order?

No. The first of each line stays where it was; only later copies are removed.

How do I remove duplicate email addresses?

Paste them one per line and turn off “Match case”, since email addresses are not case-sensitive in practice.

What happens to empty lines?

They are treated as duplicates of each other unless you tick “Keep empty lines”.

Can I also sort the list?

Use the sort lines tool on the result.
