EXIF viewer

See the hidden details in a photo: camera, lens, settings, date and GPS location, read in your browser. The photo is never uploaded.

JPG, HEIC, TIFF, PNG or WebP. Read in this tab, never uploaded.

Your file stays on your device

Your browser opens and processes the file itself. It is never uploaded, to Sellstamp or anyone else, and nothing is kept after you close the page.

Selling images?

Photos, templates, presets or artwork: Sellstamp gives them a storefront and delivers the files automatically after payment. Open a free store

How to use it

  1. Choose a photo.
  2. Read the camera, settings and date.
  3. If it shows a location, decide whether to remove it before sharing.

Your images are not uploaded

Your browser opens the image, does the work in this tab, and saves the result back to your device. Nothing is sent to Sellstamp or anyone else, so there is no upload to wait for and no copy on a server afterwards.

What a photo can reveal

Photos from phones and cameras carry EXIF metadata: the device, the settings, the time, and often the exact place it was taken. That location travels with the file when you send the original by email, a messaging app that keeps files intact, or a download link. Many social networks strip it when you post, but not every service does.

This viewer reads the main camera and location fields. To remove them, use Remove EXIF, which does it without re-compressing the photo.
