# Bank transfer

> Checkout shows your account details and a unique payment reference. The customer pays from their own bank.

## At a glance

- **Where**: Any country.
- **Currencies**: The currencies you list on the connection.
- **Confirmation**: You confirm each payment yourself. Sellstamp is never told the money moved.
- **Refunds**: Not through Sellstamp. Return the money yourself, then record the refund on the order.

## What you need

- Your account holder name, IBAN or account number, and BIC/SWIFT

## Connecting it

1. Enter your account details in Payments → Bank transfer and list the currencies you accept.
2. When the money shows up in your account, open the order and mark it paid. That releases the download, licence or shipment.

## Worth knowing

- Return the money from your own bank, then record the refund on the order.
- In Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia, tell customers to use the unstructured model (HR00 in Croatia) or to paste the reference into the description. Sellstamp's reference is free text.
