# Reviews

> Star ratings and text from customers who actually paid for the product, shown on its page.

## Who can leave one

Only a customer with a paid order for that product. This is checked against the order, not taken on trust. A refunded order still counts, so a review cannot be erased by refunding the customer who wrote it. The customer signs in with the same emailed link they use for their orders.

## Moderating

Reviews are listed under **Storefront → Reviews**. Owners and admins can hide one from the storefront. Nobody but its author can change its stars or text.

## Not included

Replies, helpful votes, photos, and reviews written by the merchant.
